here we have my 83 chevy c-10 since december i have installed a small block 350 in it that has been bored 40 over with flat top pistons an it also has the biggest comp thumper cam i could get for it the heads are the 062 vortec head that has been completly redone with the big springs added,the trans is a new 350 turbo with a 3500 stall convertor,an backs all that up with a new 411 gear installed in the rear end. i bought this truck from the original owner that bought it new an when i did they gave me a copy of the window sticker that was in it when they bought it new they wanted to keep the original one for memories, the truck was red an they had it painted black n silver i been driving it to the local shows an it drives great. It has had 2.5 inch drop spindles put on front and drop shackles on rear, rims and tires are also new also.

Chevy Sonic shreds like a skateboard
Tue, 19 Mar 2013Despite the fact that the 2013 Chevy Sonic is a fun, plucky little thing - especially in ever-so-slightly hotter RS guise - it is not, in fact, a skateboard. But don't tell that to rapper Theophilus London.
In General Motors' latest spot for the Chevrolet compact, London needs to make a quick run to the store for some milk. And even though, once again, the Sonic is not a skateboard, it ollies, pops and gets air because, you know, it's just so much fun to throw around.

Chevy SS prototype spotted wearing Pontiac G8 clothes

Do not adjust your computer screen, you are not seeing the rebirth of the Pontiac brand. General Motors has chosen to use a G8 to disguise a test mule for the latest prototype of the forthcoming Chevrolet SS. The G8 was closely related to the Holden Commodore and Vauxhall VXR, the platform upon which the new Chevrolet performance model will be based. It should come as little surprise, then, that GM has opted to use the cladding from the former G8.
Thought the front clip of this mule is pure Pontiac, note the vents immediately behind the front wheel. That is a distinctive design hallmark of the Vauxhall VXR. Also note that this vehicle is right-hand drive, as the Holden and its Chevy counterpart will be very closely related. That likely includes potential drivetrains. The spy photos of this mule also reveal very wide rear tires, and rear wheels that do not match the fronts.
Survey says $25k barrier is a problem for EVs

The majority of consumers are more or less priced out of the market.
Electric cars are gaining popularity with the general public, but are they still too expensive? According to a survey 1,084 consumers by Navigant Research, a consulting firm located in Boulder, CO, 71 percent want their next car to cost under $25,000, while 41 percent won't go a cent above $20K. Looks like people are even thriftier than we'd originally thought.
