What a great experience!
My car looks PERFECT! This was not the ""prefered shop by my insurance but a friend recomended them. Droped off the car on a Monday and they were done by Friday. The ""prefered"" shop could not even get me an appointment until Thursday. So glad I strayed from the norm:) Happy, Happy, Happy!!!

Best place to take your car!!
I have taken several cars to Ultimate Collision, as well as referred many friends. I have never had a bad experience, and neither has anyone that I have referred. There have even been occasions when I got my vehicle back and found other problems. They were more than willing to take it back and make sure that everything got fixed. One time my insurance company wanted them to go to a junkyard and find used parts to... view more fix my vehicle. I was glad when they fought my insurance company for me and demanded that they be able to use new parts. This made me feel better because I knew that they were looking out for what was best for me, not what was best for them. They could have made more money by finding used parts. Ultimate Collsion repair
It would have made it better that they called you on updates. Also they real con is that they are not Open on the weekends. But they charge alot for Labor so I don`t know service could have been better

Go somewhere else
Overall unsatisfaction, Im surprised these guys still get businesss! Took 3 MONTHS to finalize reapirs on my vehicle, and i had to call EVERYTIME to get an updated status even though they promised they would call. Very dissapointed, I never write reviews but I felt compelled to so no one else will make the same mistake I did. Avoid a headache and go somewhere else.

Excellent service
I had an excellent experience with the team at Ultimate Collision. I had my 2000 Lexus LS400 serviced at this shop, it had a smashed in passenger rear door and a passenger rear ? panel. The work that was done made it look like the accident never happened except for the fact that the pewter colored portion located on the bottom rear portion of the car did not correctly match the part that was not painted. That is due ... view moreto the car`s original paint being faded over the years, otherwise it`s mostly unnoticeable. The staff is friendly, fast and courteous. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work and I highly recommend their service. The atmosphere at Ultimate is also ?doctor?s office? clean. It looks more like a health clinic than an auto body shop! I think that one great addition to any auto body shop would be a website. On that website, it would allow the customer to view pictures of the progress for their vehichle at the end of the business day, it would also include a time estimate on when all the repairs will be finished. The hours that are posted here are incorrect for weekdays as they close at 5:30pm M-F. I had an excellent transaction with Ultimate and I hope you do too.

Horrible bad sloppy
I dont know how they have a business! My car had minor damage and it took two weeks to fix. They didnt tell me when it would be ready, i had to call to ask. they never called me back, i always had to call to find out if it was ready on the days they said it would be which it never was. And they couldnt tell me any information if the machanic that was working on it wasnt there. I couldnt get any info at all...they don... view moret communicate. they say they`ll take a message and call you back but they dont cause they dont communicate. Finally after a 3 day delay on my car..it was "ready". I pick it up and notice so many problems. paint has been ground into my car like it has been bumped into a thousand times by other car parts. Scratches! all over the place...literally on every part of the body. roof, hood, trunk, doors. they must just slide stuff back and forth all over the car for two weeks...and dings and dents with paint marks all over as well. Also...my headlight doesnt work...i drive on very dark roads to get home and i almost went into a ditch again! how can they not test the headlight??!! it worked perfect before, why not now. and the blinker doesnt work either!!! why would you break it if there was nothing wrong!!!??? my car was better before i took it in... now it shakes likes crazy when i drive it. a problem i havent had in a year! they made old problems come back. i dont even know how. so i have a million scratches, paint, dings, dents, no headlight, no blinker, and shaking car...oh and grease and oil finger marks all over my brand new seat covers. did blind monkeys on crack try to fix my car?! i would give negative five stars if it were an option. so they wont call you, your car will be very late, they wont tell you how much progress they`re making, nobody knows about your car except for one guy who apparently doesnt work often and doesnt return calls, your car will have scratches everywhere, new problems, and they`re still ordering a part from korea...its not even complete yet...i would have had to go back anyways because they didnt even finish it. Terrible...if i did any of these sloppy things at my work...i would not only get fired, i would quit. i would be too embarrassed and ashamed. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!
