Hrmmmm

Well, I let them have my car for 3 weeks and it was finished when I came back from vacation. Looked pretty good. Had them paint a rallye stripe on the trunk and do interior. Went on vacation again for 2 weeks. Came back car was not done. They said it would be Monday. Went by the shop on saturday and car was in back lot not finished. It appears they had to hurry up and getr it done Monday before I came to get it... view more. Stripe has unven lines, runs in the dash, they tore through the interior, lost a few dash pieces didn`t paint the steering colum or kick panels, wanted the windshield replaced (and I had to tell them when I paid that he needed to take that charge off the bill because it wasn`t done) and I am still searching for the screws to put it back together. And to top it off, the paint is starting to crack and peel on the body and drip lines. I guess it lasted a whole 4 months. I have 4 other cars I was considering taking to them, but not now, will be looking elsewhere. Office straff is nice and friendly, but that doesnt keep the paint on the car or make up for substandard work and missing parts and pieces.

I took my 1994 Honda Prelude in for body work after i was hit by someone that kept going. I got there and was greeted with a smile & great customer service. I got the estimate for my car and also looked into a paint job as well. The price was so reasonable that i i decided to leave my car that day for the body work & paint. Went to Same day for and estimate was greeted by Adam,he said they can fix my car in few days and came thru. I will be telling all my friends of great job on my 11 year old toyota . Same Day and body did and excellent job. I would recommemd this shop to anyone that wants there car to look good. Eiisia the owner put a silver pin stripe on my car WOW! ( LOOKS GREAT.) The car looks brand new.

The Best

Elissa went above and beyond what any owner would do for a customer. The paint job was beautiful but the paint manufacture had problem with the color. What was black turned out brown. Elissa went to bat and spent countless hours working to resolve the issue. My car is now a beautiful black and looks like I just left the showroom. The results far exceeded my expectations. Bravo!!! Unprofessional, Rude, RACIST Owned Company

When I walked into the office, the ladies in there were RUDE. there were no customers at the time waiting, but I had to wait 15 minutes for Elissa to take a look at my car, because she was running around playing with her daughter.
She finally saw my car, and gave me a quote. I went ahead and signed the paperwork and paid half down.
I was told it would be ready in 3 days...

I called on day 3 to check in... view more on my car, and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, and unhelpful.
She put me on hold where I waited for 10 minutes to hear the status of my car.
It was not yet ready. I was told I could pick it up tomorrow because they just finished painting it.
So I went in the next day in the evening to pick it up and Elissa was very rude to me this time, i sat in the office for about 2 hrs waiting to get my car only to find out that it was NOT yet ready.
I complained and Elissa told me that she would get around to my car when they had time.
While waiting in the office for my ride, a caucasian woman walked in, who apparently had dropped off her car 2 days earlier for a full paint job. she picked up her car and the ladies in the office were very nice and accommodating to her, unlike they were to me.

Finally on the 7th day of my car being there, I picked up my car.... The paint was crap, there was dirt in the car and overspray on the door handles, tires, and even the interior! When I brought this to Elissas attention she said she was not liable for the overspray, and I should ask one of my `homies` to detail my car.

Needless to say I will NOT be referring this company, nor will I be going back.
A auto body shop is not a place for children, with all the chemicals and tools laying aorund, it is unsafe and hazardous.
Dont use this company!

Great Work

I had my car in an accident and I took my car to this shop. They explained everything to me so I could understand, unlike the insurance company. They arranged the rental and I got my car back quickly and looking like new. I would suggest everyone go see Adam and Elissa at this shop.

Horrible work, if you like your car keep driving to a real body shop!

These p.o.s`s re-sprayed my car. They left the car dirty before spraying the paint and clear coat. They never wet sanded or buffed the car in order to blend the paint. Now the work they did has begun peeling and pitting and this only after one day! The owner Bill was rude and his comment was ""well it looks better then before."" My car is now runined and it is going to cost me an additional $1700.00 to have the work ... view moredone right by a REAL paint and body shop. I know this review will not make him lose any sleep but if enough people read it then maybe it will have some recourse. Best advice is to never bring your car to Bill, Adam and the Same Day Paint and Body team.
