Awful customer service

I drive a VW Jetta and was referred to this place by another salvage place who told me lakeview specializes in Volkswagens. I was in need of a rim. When I called and asked if they had anything in stock the lady that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I was on the phone for at least 15 min trying to explain I simply needed a RIM. She was clueless and extremely unhelpful. She had me take a pi... view morecture of my tire and send it to her. She said she would get back in touch with me "in a few minutes" its been over 2 hours and still no reply. Heads up to business owners, have someone that knows what they are doing to answer the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Awful. Just awful.

Great, Punctual Service

Incredibly convenient! I called Lakeview in the early afternoon and they came out later that afternoon at the exact time they indicated. The driver was very friendly and informative. I was paid what was quoted when I called and did not have to haggle like other junk car companies try to do. In fact, I called two other companies and they never showed up. nice guys , fast cash

I can`t beleive how great this is! I called these guys to pick up my junk car and they came later that afternoon and paid me in cash! How great is that....I did not have to go to the bank!!! Ask for John, the owner.....very nice guy.
