We are paying for our truck from these guys. We make our payments regularly, they are friendly, and the price of the truck with financing was fantastic. We were late once, and we let them know ahead of time and they were understanding. I highly recommend T&R to anyone looking for a car. These guys are great, once I get my truck paid off, I`ll be going back for a second car.

I have purchased 2 cars with T&R and have never had any customer service issues, but i however always paid my car payment on time. There was one time closer to the end of my payments i was a week late but i had called and okay-ed it with them first. i purchased my 2003 malibu and have had it for 4 years without a single problem. Do not buy anything from this place! THey completely screwed me over!!!! Promised to get things fixed for is and repeatedly made the problem worse. Fixed our brake light not only to break our cruise control. While getting the cruise control fixed found out the vehicle had been totaled! Scotty from T and R auto did not tell us this when we purchased the vehicle. Also found out they lied about the miles because they ha... view mored replace the odometer with one from a different model vehicle. So we actually have no idea what the real miles are. When I confronted Scotty about the car being totaled and the miles being incorrect and that he didnt disclose this to me, he laughed. It was unlawful and unethical and all he did was hang up on me! I bought the car over 30 days ago with cash and still havent gotten my title!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF VEHICLES EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW IT IS FOR A SINGLE MOTHER TRYING TO GET HER KID FROM DAYCARE AND BACK!!!!!

They repo ed my car because I was 3 weeks late on the payment. Only late payment I had ever had and the car was almost paid off. They only repoed it to get an extra 300 out of me before I stopped making payments.

It`s probably a decidedly bad sign when the company is writing it`s own reviews and using vulgarity in it`s comments. Goes to show you right there, you don`t want to deal with people like that. People should not expect a grace period but companies should not become noncommunicative if a customer is trying to work with you. Customer service is what makes or breaks you.

DO NOT purchase a single vehicle at this place, period. The whole thing is set-up to take advantage of the consumer, right down to their contract. We owned the car for less than 30 days, we were still driving on the in-transits. The first payment on the car was postmarked for the billing date and they still immediately repossessed it and refused to release it or return the deposit. Beware, their is no grace period he... view morere. They want you to miss that payment so they can take money right from your pocket. Beyond that, when confronted they use extreme vulgarity and become very aggressive and hostile because they were called on their shady practices. Buy beware, don`t shop here.

The service at T&R is awful and unprofessional. Their cars are made to look good on the lot and break later. They used stray paint to hide scratches on bumpers and did things under the hood to get the car by inspection. Bottom line is don`t spend your hard earned $$ here and go somewhere else.
