I wish I could rate this a zero or below! WORST Meineke I have been to. They had my car for two days. Claimed they couldn`t find anything wrong with it. Said it ran great. When I asked why the check engine light was on the owner stated "well you didn`t tell us about that". Really because you said the car ran smoothly so you HAD to see the indicator.. He then stated that maybe the engine was smoking because ... view morerain had hit the hot engine. First of all it wasn`t raining and ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? Apparently when I spoke to Savvy the owner I didn`t diagnose the problem properly and therefore they were unable to repair. I left there and light was back on within 2 miles-took to my mechanic at the Meineke on Harford Road (originally I was in Annapolis area and had it towed to the first Meineke because I didn`t want to drive and cause additional problems). Anyway my Meineke determined that I needed spark plugs and 2 O2 sensors. Luckily the catalytic convertor was not damaged DO NOT DRIVE- PUSH -TOW TO ANNAPOLIS MEINEKE THEY ARE USELESS!!!
