WORST experience ever! They are slimy con artists. I was told TWICE that they had a car for me to purchase but upon pick up time, suddenly the car was no longer available. Naturally, they had other, more expensive cars for purchase. Sales sleaze "Remoe" is not to be trusted, he knew I was driving 2 hours in for it. I am just glad they did not get a dime from me. I will happily take my cash elsewhere.

I went to this dealership because I needed a car urgently. Because it was urgent, I had stretched my budget for the Honda Accord I needed for commute. The front-line staff were really aggressive from the very get-go. They lied to me about the price, which was way beyond the market fair value, and tried to close the deal in a rush with an utter lack of courtesy. These guys don`t know or perhaps don`t care about courtesy or citizen privacy. They checked my credit despite my specific request to not do that before we come to a deal. I generally do not post reviews, but I feel like no one should go through what I went through. I should have just quickly checked their rating online before stepping into their shop. If I could, I would give them negative stars. One star is too good a review for these guys. There should be a law that bans people like these from selling anything!!

Without out a doubt, the best Service Department I have ever been to. I`ve been going there for 20 years. From the always smiling "traffic cop" [John, I think] who greets you when you first drive in, to the young men who retrieve your car at the end of the day, and everyone in between, the service is always terrific. Combine arrogance, incompetence, and exorbitant prices -- and you have a good description of their service department. I went there to get a new key; the old one broke, and the remote no longer opened the door. They charged me almost $200 and handed back the car with the remote still not working. When I asked what it would take the fix it, the service assistant said an additional two or three hundred dollars. Then the manager of the service department backed up his incompetent employee. I have bought two Hondas there over the years but will never set foot inside the place again.

I searched the internet for information about Maryland Honda dealers. The vast majority of reviews about Ourisman were negative. As I had a lot of time, I contacted them via internet to initiate communication and visited the dealership last Saturday. Amazingly, the negative reviews were accurate. These people play all the games - expensive dealer add-ons, low-balled trade-in values, turn-over sales tactics, extremely... view more high pressure to force the customer to ""buy today"", explanations which changed every few minutes, on and on and on. The dingy facility is tucked into a corner in downtown Bethesda, unlike any dealer I have seen. The employees seemed universally unhappy, I did not see many smiles. Ourisman did not seem to be a pleasent place to buy a car. The pressure to get me to buy that day was overwhelming. I did not buy and, based on this visit, would not buy from Ourisman. Having bought four Honda vehicles in Maryland over the past five years, I am certain a much better price and, certainly, a much better buying experience can be found at other local Honda dealers - Sport, Hersons, Criswell, and Pohanka to name several.
