I bought my last 2 Cadillacs here. The people in the sales department treated me like family.The last one I walked in and 45 miutes later drove home my new red SRX. I already sent in my neighbor and she bought a certified used 2011 SRX. Great place and people to do business with!

Rather take the ride to Rizza in Orland Park or should I say this decade. This place is like a black & white movie. Where do I start? The average employee in the service & parts department seems to be about 65. All this place is missing is a full time nursing staff. I thought Cadillac was moving towards the future, obviously this dealer did`nt get the memo. Bottom line is, if you want to take your vehicle in ... view morefor service and not feel like your just went back tothe 50`s. Dont go here, talk about just feeling uncomfortable.
