I went to have some service work done when my car broke down on vacation and was stuck there 4 hours for a 30 minute service. Do use the service department at this dealership....If I hadn`t asked about the status of my car I never would have gotten out of there. I asked about the status and the receptionist said it was ready except the paperwork. Ten minutes later the lady from the service dept. asked if they had cal... view moreled with the price to fix the car. (No they didn`t call) I said go ahead the $300 was ok. I was then told that the car was apart and it would only take a few more minutes. Well a few minutes past and I was finally told my car was ready. The only problem with this story is the complete lie that I was told. I had seen my car drive out of the service dept. approx 1 hour before I asked about it. I thought it may be a test drive. Well shortly after that I walked around the lot and saw it setting on the side of the building. I never moved again. Even when I was told it was apart and was about to be finished. It was already done and I was wasting my time at the beach even further. Stay away from the Fort Walton Lee Dealership. The girl may in service lies.
