This dealership is not worth it! They are sleazy from start to finish. They won`t speak to you over the phone, like all other dealerships these days. And when I told them I`d already purchased a car, please remove me from their call list, they continued to harrass me. I finally called the manager and asked to be removed immediately, he wasn`t even apologetic; and he told me "it might take several days to take yo... view moreu off our list." Huh? That`s not right! All I asked was to stop being called, but apparently even that small task is too much for them to handle. I would NEVER shop there, and recommend others avoid the hassel. I got my car from Anderson in Palo Alto - best experience with a new car dealership ever.

I bought a 4WD CR-V 4 days ago and had the alarm and protective coat put on today and I have to say, my entire experience was so smooth. Manolo Rios helped us and he was very professional. He was helpful and informative without being pushy. The day after I bought the car, April from the service center called to schedule a time to have the alarm and protective coat placed. I scheduled it for Wednesday (tomorrow). Well... view more, I completely forgot I had plans that morning and called her back to re-schedule. Not a problem, switched it to today without any hassle. I even got an e-mail last night reminding me about my appointment. I went in this morning at 10 and Wayne helped me. The work was going to take about half a day so they lent me a car for the day, no charge. Nick at Enterprise gave me the run down and I had a car for the day. Nothing fancy at all, but hey, it was free and it worked. Around 3:30 Wayne called to say the car was ready. (I just checked my e-mail and yep, an e-mail telling me my car was ready is there too). I went straight to the Cashier`s window and signed a paper or two and I was done. I think I waited about 2 minutes in the car in the morning before someone helped me and only one person was in line in front of me when I came to pick up my car. I`d like to see how their service changes over the months or years I go to this Honda. I do plan to have all the regular service done here since my experience has been so great and it`s right around the corner from where I live. I hope my service wasn`t a fluke - I hope it stays this great forever!

This review is only based on my recent buying experience with the individuals that helped me with my car purchase. I was in the market to buy a new car, did my research, went in with the pricing and everything that I wanted in mind. So I locked on to the Honda Fit Sport 2012, I scheduled a test drive and came on in. The test drive went smoothly, the gentleman that I was with ""David"", was polite, answering my que... view morestions but not pressuring me. So I made an appointment to close the deal and the buying process was so smooth. I had a very professional salesman named ""Kerry"" who assisted me and he was one of the nicest people that you could want to meet. He didn`t argue with me on the price, explained everything to me in detail, and didn`t try to up-sell me on anything at all. The gentleman that I spoke to in Finance explained my warranty options, but was not at all pushy. When I said that I wanted to stick to one path, he didn`t pressure me whatsoever. I all honesty I went to the dealership several times and overheard some pretty abrupt and pushy sales people, so I can understand what some of these other reviewers are saying. I also have to say that the manager that I met when I went in for my test drive was just...a walking stereotype. In the end I was lucky that I got the Salesman I got, and the financial counselor that I got. It was a excellent experience and I appreciate the people that helped me make this car purchase so seamless and easy. The Sale Itself: Like I said, I did my homework and I knew what constituted a good deal in buying this model and I ended up with an excellent deal.

Horrible Service Department
Run as fast as you can from this place. ....Horrible service. Took my 3 year old, $30k + S2000 here because it has a tear in convertable top over 2 1/2 weeks ago. It`s a know design issue that even has a TSB out for it. SC Honda told me they would have to get replacement approval from the regional rep but will have an answer in a couple of days. Well, 2 1/2 weeks, 3 phone calls and 4 visits later- they told me it was... view more declined. How convenient for them. Seems like this place didn`t give a *%@& about me and just wanted to get rid of me. They just blamed each other for not getting back to me.

Painless and hassle free with Great service
I went in to purchase a Honda for my son. I was greeted with a smile. I was shown new cars and used cars and I negotiated a great deal on a used Honda Civic at a great price and they did the financing. The car was Certified with extended warranty. I got the carfax and the checkout sheet on the car so I felt very comfortable. We traded in his Mustang and got a fair value for that. The whole deal took about 2 and a hal... view moref hours. Sleezebags!
Tried to take advantge of my dad who is 85 by offering him $600 for a trade-in worth $2,500 (on Kelley Blue Book). Sure, it is his responsibility to know what he has and what it`s worth but I`m sure that 1 out of maybe 20 people trust the saleperson and accept the offer. When I confronted the sales manager on this he said that they hadn`t actually seen the car when they made this offer. I asked him if once they saw the condition of the car and realized it was worth 3-4 times what they had offered would they then go back to the customer and give them more money? ""Well, no"" he said. OF COURSE ""NO"". That`s the whole point. Take your business somewhere else.
