Shows millage at 99,999 but I don't know if the motor or drive train is original. Body is overall pretty good. Dent behind both rear wheels but no creases. Dent in front of front wheel no creases. Dent in front center. Rust on step rails. Rust on inside above rear window. Cancer bottom of passenger door inside. Drivers door doesn't latch. Some rust in bed sides but pretty nice. Front of bed looks like protected by plywood and probably really good. Tail gate Hard to tell has plywood on inside and sheet metal over the out side. Wood flooring near gone.. Front and back windows O.K. Side windows mostly NOT O.K. Dash and interior pretty good. Floor panels have some cancer but overall seem O.K. Raggy bucket seats. Original key.  Has a V-8 probably 350. Some parts are missing off motor mainly the radiator and Air Filter. My best guess is the transmission is a 4 speed from playing with it. Clutch and transmission feel tight. Ran good 8 years ago but needed brakes when parked. Friend bought it off of guy who purchased it used several years ago. So at least two owners when it was running. Please ask any questions. I will try to answer them or add to listing if I can.  Title is Clear. Deposit of 500.00 required on pay pal. Balance to be paid when vehicle is picked up. We will load the truck for you but you must haul it or arrange for hauling. Vehicle must be picked up in Harmon Arkansas about 20 miles from Harrison Arkansas. Tried to cover defects but this is an old truck so please ask any questions you might have.

Dodge vs. Chevy tug-of-war taken to the extreme

Mon, 17 Dec 2012

They say "idle hands are the devil's playground," but said playgrounds grow to Disney-sized proportions when a pair of jacked-up trucks, two egos, a chain and an empty mall parking lot are involved. Proof of this is the video below, which shows a Cummins-powered Dodge Ram circa 2006 to 2008 chained tail-to-tail with what looks to be a gasoline-powered Chevrolet Silverado from the late 1990s or early 2000s.
We don't necessarily have to tell you who wins this battle, but we'll let you see for yourself the lengths the "winning" driver goes to prove his point. There's plenty of foul language in the video below, so beware that this might be Not Safe For Work, and not that we should have to tell you, but please, do not try this at home.

GM recalling over 243,000 crossovers over possible seat belt defect

2010 Buick Enclave - Click above for high-res image gallery
The summer of 2010's recall hit parade continues unabated today, with General Motors having just announced that it is asking 243,403 owners of its 2009-2010 Lambda crossovers to bring their three-row haulers in for inspection. The culprit? Second-row seat belts in select Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Acadia, and Saturn Outlook CUVs have "failed to perform properly in a crash."
According to GM, a second-row seat-side trim piece is to blame, as it can impede the upward rotation of the buckle after the seat is folded flat. As a result, if the buckle makes contact with the seat frame, cosmetic damage can occur, potentially requiring additional force to operate the buckle properly. So far, no great shakes, but in the process of applying that additional force, the occupant may push the buckle cover down to the strap, potentially revealing and depressing the red release button. As a result of this, the belt may not latch, or in certain cases, it may actually appear to be latched when, in fact, it isn't.
