This car is in excellent condition and has been exceptional well cared for. This Camaro is built absolutely perfect and it shows! Must be seen in person to appreciate. This Camaro is an excellent blend of street and strip which allows you to drive this car to the beach for the weekend with the family and still manage to run in 10's down the 1/4 mile drag strip. This car was an original RS SS with a 4spd. Its since been updated as described below. Fitted with a 454 Big Block worked out to a 468 and mated up to a 400 Turbo transmission this Camaro not only sounds phenomenal but it puts down the power to back it. An 1150 Holly Domination Cab has been added along with MSD ignition, red line racing clutch, aluminum drive shaft, dynamic converter, upgraded crank, and so much more. 4:11 gears, 10 bolt rear, new interior, posi rear, new billet specialties wheels...you get the idea. Always garage kept and under cover - never seen rain or snow, annually PA inspected, very low miles years, oil religiously changed with 20/50 full Synthetic, completely reliable and does not over heat. Hillary Clinton takes to campaign trail in a van called Scooby
Wed, Apr 15 2015It still seems way too early to even starting thinking about the 2016 presidential election, but candidates are already throwing their hats in the ring. Among the officially announced hopefuls so far is former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. To kick off her run for office, she recently embarked on a long-distance road trip from her home in New York to the campaign battleground of Iowa. Rather than a limo, she was driven there in a conversion van (pictured above) that Clinton named Scooby after Hanna-Barbera's famous, mystery-solving dog. According to Yahoo Autos, the vehicle itself is a Chevrolet Express that has been customized by the Explorer Van Company, and Time says that it's also armored. Clinton isn't behind the wheel, though. All those years in public office mean that the Secret Service does the driving. Of course, the vehicle in Scooby Doo was named the Mystery Machine, and Scooby was mostly brown, not black. To explain the somewhat odd naming, Clinton traveled around in a brown van during her 2000 Senate campaign in New York, and it earned the nickname Scooby, according to Time. Apparently, the moniker has stuck for her latest ride. If the start of the Clinton campaign seems early, she isn't the first White House hopeful to arrive in Iowa this year. A bunch of possible Republican candidates already met at summits in the state at least twice to gain favor ahead of the caucus there. No word on what they were driving...

Thu, 02 May 2013With Mother's Day coming up, we're always looking for new gift ideas to celebrate the occasion, but hot laps around a track might not be the best suggestion for Darius Khashabi. In a video posted on YouTube, Khashabi straps his mom into the passenger seat of his C6 Corvette Z06 for some laps around Sonoma Raceway (formerly Infineon Raceway) at "60 percent" with comical results.
Now this isn't the first time Mama Khashabi has gotten seat time in her son's car around a track, as his YouTube page shows him pulling a similar stunt - with similar results - around Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca last year.
