This is a very bad ass, cool, muscle truck, Low Mileage, Clean, Non-Smoker, Pick up with EXCELLENT Interior, EXCELLENT Exterior, EXCELLENT Mechanically.
I'm not happy about selling, it's an amazing truck, that's just plain cool. Could be an awesome daily driver or build into a really mean muscle truck.
This vehicle is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time, should it be sold.
I am open to cash offers, it is listed for sale locally at $3,500, and I believe that's very cheap for as nice as this truck is.
But I am looking at buying a property and need all the cash I can get at this time, so feel free to make serious offers.
($500 Deposit via Paypal - Will hold the vehicle, if you'd like to arrange a time to see it. Must be at least 24 hours before the auctions end.)
NO SHIPPING!! Will deliver to a dealer if YOU set up shipping on your own.
PAYPAL DEPOSIT OF $500 - Required by the winning bidder within 24 hours, or it will be relisted.
FULL PAYMENT: Must be made within 3 days of winning.
***ONLY NEGATIVES:
Need some exhaust repair (1 Muffler and 2 tail pieces - I'm sure it'd only be a couple hundred dollars to repair - I intended to install Flowmasters, but I need $)
One small dent in the hood, most likely can be pulled out without paint repair. (Tree branch fell on it.)
Passenger mirror needs glass. (Same Branch)
These trucks Book for around $4,000-$8,000, I'm not asking much, but willing to take offers.

Experimental mid-engine XP-819 Corvette going up for auction
Sun, 17 Feb 2013It seems to be commonplace that when a new Corvette is in development, rumors swirl about a possible mid-engine layout. As is the case of Chevy's most recent C7 Corvette, these rumors never pan out.
In any case, the idea for a 'Vette with an engine mounted behind the driver can probably all be traced back to a single car, the 1964 XP-819 prototype. Built as an "engineering exercise" back in 1964, the prototype was designed with a rear-mounted engine. History tells us that the idea of a rear-engine Corvette fizzled, and the XP-819 was eventually cut up into pieces and stored at a shop in Daytona Beach, FL.
After sitting for untold years, a restoration project started on the car, and while it isn't yet fully completed, the current owner of the car, Mid America Motorworks, will have the car on display at the 2013 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance as a "driveable chassis" with hopes of having a fully completed car ready to bring to next year's show.
Tarantino's stolen Chevy Malibu from Pulp Fiction recovered after 19 years [w/video]
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Quentin Tarantino fans will likely remember Vincent Vega's cherry 1964 Chevrolet Malibu Convertible in Pulp Fiction. In a movie drenched in automotive references, the Malibu is very nearly a character in and of itself, and it serves as the subject of Vega's soliloquy about the kind of man who vandalizes another's automobile. It also happened to be Tarantino's personal car when the film was shot, and was apparently stolen shortly after production wrapped. Now police have located the car some 19 years later.
As it turns out, the thieves cloned the vehicle identification number from another '64 Malibu and had the car registered under the new digits. It was then sold to an unsuspecting buyer. Police happened upon the duplicate VINs while investigating another potential theft. Right now, it's unclear whether Tarantino has taken possession of the Chevrolet, if it has remained in the possession of the fraud victim, or whether it's caught somewhere in the gears of justice. Either way, you can catch Vega's memorable thoughts on the car keying in the Pulp Fiction clip below. But consider yourself warned: the video contains explicit language as Not Safe For Work as it comes.
Corvette Stingray Convertible images mysteriously appear on web, so we add our own
Tue, 22 Jan 2013It was inevitable that we'd see the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray topless at some point, but that didn't make us any less interested when a pair of supposedly leaked official images showed up on theautoinsiderblog.com last week. We posted them on our Facebook page, but held off reporting on them here until we could get a little more information.
Those images, which feature a dark red car on a sterile black studio background, supposedly first appeared on the website of diecast model maker Maisto. A Chevrolet spokesman has been reported saying that they are "not official images released by Chevrolet PR," which isn't a denial they're the real deal, but neither is it a confirmation.
Close examination of the photos suggest they could be official shots of the Corvette Stingray Convertible, and while some have doubted their authenticity due to a lack of vents (which were seen on the C7s that debuted in Detroit last week), it could be that the images are of a base model car without the Z51 package that doesn't require the extra venting and cooling.
