Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Let's start off with it is an eye catcher! This truck rides like new, there are no squeaks or rattles.

Create chevy  350,
all Mallory ignition system,an plug wires,
Edelbrock carb an intake.
Edelbrock ceramic coated headers an full dual exhaust with flow master mufflers.
Edelbrock mild street cam.
Motor only has 3585 miles on it not a rebuild.

The transmission is a 700r4.
Has a b&m performance shift kit.
Also a b&m ratcheting floor shifter.
The transmission also only has 3585 miles on it but it is a rebuilt trans.

Drive line has been upgraded with spicer u.joints.

Rear end has newer ring an pinion.

Rear leaf springs have brand new bushings.

The rear end also has ssbc rear disk brake conversion.also only 3585 miles on it.

Front suspension is all chassis tech, tubular upper and lower control arms, aluminum sway bar, lowering springs as we'll not cut springs, all bushings front and rear have 3585 miles on them.

The front brake rotors are cross drilled.

The wheels are 18 inch, tire are about 50%

The fuel system is new as well, new gas tank, pump an filter.

The interior is new, custom two tone orange And black, all the black is ostrich material very nicely done.
Billet aluminum inserts threw out.
All the gauges were brand new when the motor an trans went into the truck,so 3585 miles is what this truck actually has on it!!

The windshield is brand new.

All the rubber seals are new too.

Now the paint and body...yes the truck is pretty and shinny.but this is the only complaint I have about this truck is the paint and body work.
The paint has a couple chips one by the upper passenger side of the tail gate an one by the top of The driverside door.
The prep work was not done the best it could have been there for in some areas it shows,in some areas the paint just doesn't lay flat little wavy.some of the panels don't line up as well as they should.the paint place was going out of business an they just put it together an shipped it out the door an no one to answer to...don't get me wrong the truck is beautiful but for time an money that went into motor and drive train, the paint and body work just doesn't add up.

The truck starts first time and hauls ass,i just want to start another project.

These cars are headed to the Great Crusher In The Sky

Fri, 24 Aug 2012

It happens every year. We bid adieu to some cars and trucks that will be missed, and say good riddance to others wondering how they stayed around so long. Whether they're being killed off for slow sales or due to a new product coming along to replace them, the list of vehicles being discontinued after 2012 is surprisingly long and diverse.
CNN Money has compiled a list of departing vehicles, to which we've added a few more of our own. In the slow sales column, cars like the Lexus HS 250h, Mercedes-Benz R-Class and the full Maybach lineup appear, while the Ford Escape Hybrid, Mazda CX-7 and Hyundai Veracruz are all having their gaps filled with more modern and more fuel-efficient alternatives. Obvious exceptions to the rule include models that still sell in decent numbers like the Jeep Liberty and the Chrysler Town & Country (which will eventually be replaced by a crossover-like vehicle).
Check out our gallery of discontinued cars above, then scroll down for more information.

Race Recap: 2013 Twelve Hours of Sebring, cakewalk up front, grindfest out back [w/spoilers]

Tue, 19 Mar 2013

This year's 12 Hours of Sebring wasn't exactly a foregone conclusion because we're still talking about racing, and anything can happen when the speeds are as high as the adrenaline and the desire. But we're still talking about Audi bringing it's two top-spec racers - and its huge budget and its nearly neurotic attention to detail - to a race that it uses as a test bed for The 24 Hours of Le Mans and as a way to open the endurance racing season with a victory.
Besides, 12 hours is a long time, especially at Sebring, and things didn't go all Audi's way. On top of that, although it was a pretty quiet race, behind the Audis things got even grimier, with plenty of battles, plenty of mechanical issues, and the new BMW Z4 GTE and Viper GTS-R being race tested. Oh, and that brand new chromed-out DeltaWing...

Artist imagines eerie world where cars have no wheels

Thu, 24 Jan 2013

The wheel ranks right up there with the telescope and four-slice toaster in the pantheon of inventions that have moved humankind forward. But what if a circle in three dimensions had never occurred to anyone, and we all had just moved on without it? Perhaps we'd be driving around in Lucas Motors Landspeeders with anti-gravity engines. Or maybe we'd have the same cars we do today, just without wheels.
That's the thought experiment that seems to have led French photographer Renaud Marion to create his six-image series called Air Drive. The shots depict cars throughout many eras of motoring that look normal except for one thing: they have no wheels. The models used include a Jaguar XK120, Cadillac DeVille (shown above), Chevrolet El Camino and Camaro, and Mercedes-Benz SL and 300 roadsters.
Perhaps one day when our future becomes our past, you'll be able to walk the street and see with your own eyes the rust and patina of age on our nation's fleet of floating cars. Until then, Monsieur Marion's photographs will have to do.
