I am from out of town so when I saw a truck for sale on autotrader in Seattle I decided to pursue it wit two telephone calls which ended with the salesman getting info on the specific truck but never contacting me again. After this happened twice I deicded to try the online service.

When I was online the rep told me that the truck was available for showing and answered some of the specific questions I had ab... view moreout it. I made sure that she was aware I as coming from out of town (150miles away). She said the only way to hold the truck was to put a deposit on it for 10-15% of the value but she could not tell me if this was 100% refundable if I decided to not buy the truck, however she did insit that it will still be there since the truck has been on their lot for some time. Before I left work at 5:00 PM I made sure she had my number and was aware I was still on my way.

I decided to drive up after work and check the truck out however when I arrived the salesman that was waiting for me said that the truck sold earlier, about 10:30 AM. This didn`t make sense since the online rep and I were talking at 5:00PM the same day.

Short story they failed to contact me to let me know they sold the truck that they promised me was available for viewing when they knew I was traveling 5hrs round trip to check it out.

I can not recommend this dealership from my experience with them.

This is the worst place for car repair, I took my car in for a minor repair last week and all was well then the next day had to take it back because they didn?ˆ™t fix it right. The second day the mechanic came out to talk to me and you could he was high as a kite, scabs on his face and all?ˆ¦ no wonder they didn?ˆ™?ˆ™t get it right the first time. Bill Pierre Chevrolet is a great place to shop because they have an extremely well-trained and knowledgeable sales staff. I also like how informative their website is and even has an online sales department for getting information expeditiously for doing preliminary research. I`ve noticed many of the reviews of Pierre auto center ( ford and dodge) are either one or five stars. I strongly feel that is attributed to the salesperson you get when you walk in the door. Don`t take any chances, ask for the best; Chris Berg. I came in with VERY specific parameters on the new chevy truck that I wanted ( diesel, ext cab, long bed, four wheel drive, etc), and Chris cut right to the chase to find my ... view moretruck at the best possible price. He listened to what I wanted rather than try to tell me whats best for me like some salespeople. He knew he didn`t have the truck I wanted on the lot but he found one for me and brought it in all the way from a dealer in eastern washington. You will be pleasantly surprised by Chris` honesty and straight forwardness about doing what is best for the customer. We didn`t have to dance around the MSRP of the truck to negotiate a price, Chris just told me the best price he could sell it for and I knew it was good due to my research ahead of time. His price was well below MSRP for this particular truck. I do and will continue to recommend Pierre Chevrolet and the extraordinary salesman, Chris Berg to my friends and family.

I bought a 2006 Colorado from bill pierre Chevrolet in Lake City, WA February 2007. I had a couple of extra added to it so it need to stay at dealership over night that turned into almost a week then when I get the truck back there a oil hand prints in the rear seat, a dent in the hood (like someone had closed something the hood) and 40 miles on the odometer. Then on April 4 2008 I took it in too bill pierre for a oil change and too fix a heater fan that the bearings had started going out on (only after 15K on truck). I get the truck back drive it home everything ok just smell a little oil burning think they might have spilt a little oil on the engine. I go to work the next day and on the way to work the check engine light come on get to work and check under the hood and they didn?ˆ™t put the oil cap back on and there was about a quart of oil on the under side of the hood. I never will take my truck back there again and never buy a car or truck from them.
