Why Didn`t I Listen?

I listened to the second post. What a mistake! My truck runs like garbage now, and the receptionist gave me a nasty attitude. DNA auto sucks!

I live ONE block away from thi...

I live ONE block away from this place and thought I`d receive good business from them based on neighborhood ethics... I was so wrong!!!!! I took my 93 Toyota Camry to this place for a simple alternator issue and when I received my car, I found scuff marks across the entire roof. It was as if someone took a sander and stripped the paint away. Of course, the owner didn`t know what happened and blamed the problem on ... view moremy car`s age. However, my paint was in excellent condition until that day. Now fast forward a few years... Against my advice, my girlfriend takes her 04 Cadillac to DNA Auto and the guy, (I think his name is Mike) happily begins working on our vehicle. After charging a hefty price we drive the car ONE block, park it on our driveway, and watch as a flood of oil spills from the bottom, and spreads all over our driveway. (Mind you, we went there because of an electrical problem) His chubby wife or sister has an attitude with us when we mention the lake of oil in our driveway and even tries belittling us when we question her about a refund. We talk to the mechanic who then says, "I don`t have the right equipment to work on that model Cadillac." "Really?" I inquire in amazement. "Why didn`t you tell us that BEFORE taking our money, and adding more problems to the car?" They refused to refund our money and since I bought a house ONE block this place, I have a daily reminder of how lousy their business tactics and work ethics are. I`ve also noticed, that the shop is often closed during times when other places are open. I presume, that ripping people off has worked well for them since they can afford to take so many days off during the year. I know this for a fact, because I`ve been driving to work down the same street where DNA Auto exists for over a decade now. Save yourself a MAJOR headache and go ELSEWHERE! PLEASE!!! I`M BEGGING YOU! FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I will never bring my car anywhere else!!

I highly recommend DNA auto to anyone who needs any repairs on their vehicles. They have always treated me fairly and told me the truth about what needs to be done and doesn`t. It is hard to find a good mechanic, I am just happy I finally have!!
