Selling a 2006 Toyota Avalon Limited in Blizzard pearl/ivory leather. Just shy of 59,000 miles. Clean title. I am the second owner. I purchased it in late 2006 as a certified pre-owned vehicle from a Toyota dealership. All books and original window sticker are included. Garage kept its entire life, no dents, dings or scratches. No accidents, no paint work. No stories. Fully optioned with dynamic radar cruise control, rear window power sunshade, glass breakage sensor, heated/cooled perforated front seats, Navigation, vehicle stability control with traction control and brake assist, carpet floor mats and trunk mat, 50 state emissions compliant, LED turn signal indicators, smart key system, etc.. Dealer installed options include color keyed side door molding and mudguards as well as wheel well moldings and door edge moldings. The front and rear bumpers and the hood have 3M paint protection film applied not too long after I purchased the car. Bumpers are in mint condition! Driver seat has virtually no wear at all. It was covered with a seat cover since purchase. Passengers seat and rear seats are just as perfect. Carpet and headliner are immaculate. The carpet was covered with plastic so there is absolutely no wear at all!Everything functions like new. Knobs and switches have no wear at all. Many of the switches like the radio controls and drivers master window switches have removable plastic film that protected them from wear. J.D. Power: Vehicle dependability at all-time high, Lexus and Porsche lead

Each year, J.D. Power and Associates surveys original owners of three-year-old vehicles to find out what kinds of problems they have had experienced over the last 12 months, and then it uses this data to create its annual Vehicle Dependability Study. This means that the models in the 2013 study are 2010 model year vehicles, and J.D. Power rates each make as well as the top individual models based on how many problems were experienced per 100 vehicles (PP100).
Debunking the idea that carryover models are more dependable than new or updated models, the 2013 study found that the average carryover model experienced 133 PP100, while all-new or redesigned vehicles for the 2010 model year had 116 PP100; vehicles that received minor changes fared the best with just 111 PP100. The overall average for all makes was 126 PP100, which is the lowest figure since the findings were first issued in 1989.
Four Wheeler crowns Ultimate Factory 4x4... who wins?

But, of course, not all such factory kits are created equal. How, then, to separate the wheat from the chaff? Gather each of them up and put them through their paces, naturally.
The folks from Four Wheeler and PickupTrucks.com joined forces to run just such a comparison test, with the winner named the Ultimate Factory 4x4. A total of seven vehicles showed up to the fight: the 2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor, 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, 2012 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X and Xterra PRO-4X, 2012 Ram Power Wagon, and 2012 Toyota 4Runner Trail and Tacoma TRD T|X Baja Series.
With the contestants in place, the whole crew put each vehicle through a battery of tests that included skidpad and acceleration measurements, a hillclimb, a rocky stairstep course and a rock garden. Considering the nature of the beasts, on-road ride and comfort were not part of the routine.
Toyota to drop regular-cab Tacoma as small pickups take another hit
Fri, 02 Aug 2013Even as General Motors prepares to redesign its midsize pickups, the market for sub-fullsize trucks continues to shrink. The remaining competitors in the segment are the well-aged Nissan Frontier, Honda Ridgeline and Toyota Tacoma, and now Truck Trend is reporting that the latter will be dropping its regular cab model due to poor sales.
According to the article, the available configurations for the Tacoma lineup will be whittled down in 2015, which apparently spells the end for the two-door Taco. The Tacoma is currently the last truck in its class to be offered in a regular cab configuration, with the Frontier no longer offering a standard cab model and spy shots of the next-gen Chevrolet Colorado not revealing any glimpse of a short cab, either.
