Disappointed Long-time Customer

After purchasing 3 vehicles in 6 years from Kevin at Welcome, and establishing an excellent pay record with them, we received a letter from a national finance company stating that our vehicle title had been transferred to them and they would handle our payoff. Welcome bills itself as a buy-here, pay-here, Christian family dealer. That is what we needed, even with a great pay record and large cash down payments, a p... view moreerson to call if we needed a few extra days. They did not even have the courtesy to warn us, but when I called to ask why, Tracey said we were transferred BECAUSE of our great pay record. Guess those Christian family values don`t trump the almighty dollar, huh guys?

Great place to buy!!!

Bought a 2002 Z71 almost 3 years ago,haven`t had to do anything to it but put tires on it!!Almost 200,000 miles & still runnig strong, thanks Tracey!!!
