I have been shopping at Pep Boys on Decker Blvd for a very long time. However in the last few months the customer service has been awful. Therefore I started doing business elsewhere. Well I am very happy to say that when I went to PB on 7-23-08 I was happy to see changes had been made in the store. I noticed right away the customer service was not only good it was GREAT!!!! Business full of untrained mechanics and bad attitude employees

Avoid at all cost letting the mechanics at Pep Boys on Decker Blvd, Col, SC. work on your car. Even as simple as replacing your tires can result in major headaches for you. I purchased 4 tires and them scratched all the rims and bent one to the point it had to be replaced. (They bought a new rim). If I had not interviened, this clown would have damaged all 4 rims beyond use.
