Take alloy wheels elsewhere

I brought my wheels here to have old tires removed and new ones installed. When I returned to pick them up, I was told they could not do it because I had low profile tires. One tire was removed and that rim was scratched all the way around along with numerous chips in the finish. My $700 O.Z. rim now has more value as scrap metal.
