I`ve been shopping around for the past few days trying to find an auto repair shop that I can trust. I`ve read up on all the questions I should ask (what certificates, licenses, what organizations they belong to, etc) and also gone to a few places to check out their site (is it clean, organize, do they have accomplishments out so clients can see them?). The first question I asked the manager on the phone was about th... view moreeir certificates, licenses and what qualifications they have. I was given no answers by this individual and was given the day and hours that the owner would be in to tell me. I asked him if there were any certificates or licenses up on their walls that they he could read off for me.... which again he couldn`t. Why would you have someone like this represent the company? They did not make me feel like they knew what they were doing.
