What a great experience I had ...

What a great experience I had at Mazda of Oakland. I went for a headlight bulb change - they got me in on time for my appt; changed it within 15minutes; and only charged me for the light bulb - $26!! I told the service advisor of my experience at another Mazda dealer that charged me $135 - he said wow - we don`t charge for labor on a light bulb change - that would just be bad customer service!! He is right - I will f... view morerom now on only go to Mazda of Oakland. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!
