Before we bought the car here at Zoe`s we were worried about the mileage that it had on it. They had told us that for an extra $1,500 we could get a bumper to bumper warranty. We thought ok that would be good anything goes wrong with the vechile before we put 30,000 more miles on it then its covered. We got the car off the lot and not even seven miles down the road it starts acting up. We couldnt take the car back be... view morecause they were closed. We had been there till after closing. So we left that slide. We had taken the car to a mechanic. He said that there was a misfire going on. So we had paid him to put new spark plugs and a new coil pack in. It fixed for maybe 1500 miles then it started all over again this time worse the before. So once again we put more money into it to fix the problem. That didnt help. I was on my way to work and I started smelling something hot. I took up the floor mat and here the floor caught on fire. I got the fire out called the warranty place just like it said to do. They told me that they would not cover that. They would cover the tow cost to have it towed back to my home in Laramie, but they would not cover the tow back to Zoe`s to have fixed. ( I was on 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne). That made no sense to me. So I called Zoe`s and told them what had happened they had replied "Oh we will fix that part but you will have to pay for it." They could not explain to me why I had purcshaed a bumper to bumper warranty. Basically they had lied. We had not gone over 30,000 miles and we did all the maintaence produceres to keep the warranty valid. Even the warranty people were rude. As soon as I called them, I could tell by the tone of their voice that they were not gonna help me. I had then told them that the car was also loseing power and the motor was ticking very badly. They had told me also that they would not cover that. Really?! What the heck do they cover then. Another thing that Zoe`s had lied about was the car needed an alignment. They had a paper typed up and signed by them that we would have the alignment done. I had brought the car to them 4 differnt times and each time they had a excuse as to why the car didn`t get the alignment done. Needless to say they never done it. In the 7 months of us having that car we never once had a late payment. We took our losses and gave the car back to them. The damage and all the work that needed done to it was not worth it. Esp with all the money we had already put into it. I wish I would have listened to my sister-n-law when she looked up the reviews and said that they were bad. Just because someone doesn`t have good credit doesn`t mean that you can take them over, lie to them and rip you off so bad. People with bad credit need cars too in order to have a job and help their credit score. If you would like to see the other bad reviews I advise you to search Zoe`s Auto Sales on Yahoo and Google. So buyer be aware. If in the coming months you are reading this make sure to look over your vechile if you decide to buy one from them. I would not put it past them to cover the problem and the burned parts of this car up. Its a 97 Green Ford Expedition. I will be spreading the word every where that I know will reach people. I would not give them a star rating but it made me in order to continue. They suck so bad they don`t deserve a star rating. I don`t want innocent people like us to get screwed as well.
