The couple of times I have tak...

The couple of times I have taken repairs there they did a great job with the repairs. The older ladythat works the counter is maybe the most unfriendly person I have ever met. Both on the phone and in person. It took them 5 weeks to repair my trimmer with no phone call. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor because `it wasn`t even new`, but it was and they are a warranty repair facility for Husqvarna.
