If I could give this place negative stars I would. After charging me over $800 in parts + labor so I could get the service engine light to go off and get my car inspected, I tried to get it inspected today at another establishment today and they said NOTHING had been touched!!! What they claimed to have replaced and billed me for was NEVER replaced. They even went so far as to dust off one of the oxygen sensors they ... view moresupposedly ""replaced"" to make it look like they had actually done the work!! And get this, the mechanic drives a new Porsche! I wonder how he managed to afford that kind of vehicle? Cheating people out of money is how! I don`t mind inflated costs for labor, and even though over $800 is very expensive for the services they were supposed to perform, I wouldn`t be so angry. But they didn`t even perform any services!!! They just kept my car for hours, then tried to convince me I needed over $500 in repairs for an additional ""serious"" problem (on top of the $800 repairs they had already ""done""). I am having the repairs done by another garage, then confronting Memorial Car Care by comparing the 2 receipts. If they do not refund my money, I am reporting them to the police and taking legal action. Luckily for me, I have the old parts...which were supposedly thrown away by Memorial Car Care!!! They didn`t even have any old parts to throw away because they`re still on my car!! My gosh, have they no shame?
