They have been a nightmare. I got my oil changed there on 6/6/13. To my surprise, the bill was $40 higher then expected. They didn`t warn me for the extra cost for a special filter for my VW and the "special" synthetic oil. Even though the sign clearly says "Synthetic Oil Change $54.99." I chalked it up as a loss, and paid my bill. I ordered the full service. They didn`t wipe my windows, which the... view morey used to do, or vacuum. They said the vacuum was broken. I got home and noticed oil leaking out of my car. I quickly took it to my licensed Volkswagen dealer, where they told me the screw to the pan had been stripped. This place will not return my calls or fix THEIR mistake. Paying $170 in one week for an oil change is stupid. I will NEVER go back!
