I would not recommend Performance Powersports to anyone!!! They are rude and not professinal at all. While fixing our ATV they ended up breaking another part. Of course we realized this once the ATV was home. So we took it back, only to have to pay another service fee (it was under factory warranty)..... Not only did they cheat us out of $$$ my ATV came back with an additional 5 hours on it. No way they only &qu... view moreot;tested" it for the break it was brought in for. They probably broke the part taking it for spin in the mud somehwere other than their parking lot....

They don`t refund ANYTHING! Unprofessional staff.

Before I put in the order for my ATV parts, I called to inquire about one of it, to see what it does and if I really need it. The guy had no ideea what that part was for, so I ordered it, thinking if I won`t need it, I`ll return it. When I tried to return the part, they found every single excuse possible not to take it back, even in it`s factory sealed package!
These people don`t belong in this industry, they shou... view moreld not even touch those machines, they could get real injured!

Poor service department

We paid a premium for ""PIT PASS"" service and have received the same poor service we received previously. It took two weeks for them to fix a ski and they damaged our trailer while it was on their lot. This isn`t the only problem we have had with them. Take your toys elsewhere.
