Beware of low budget mechanics shops. I took my car in to have my power steering pump replace. When I went to pick my car up I notice dirt marks alone the tires. To me the dirt marks indicated it was on a dirt road and I didn`t see any reason why it was on that kind of surface if the area was surrounded by pavement. Fifteen minutes after I drove away from this shop, my car started running hot. I called them about thi... view mores problem, and they suggest I bring the car back. The car ended up shutting down five miles later. I had this car five years and it never ran hot. I work around military mechanics for six years therefore I knew exactly what was going on with my car. Somehow the oil was getting into my coolant and water was getting into my engine. I contacted the shop again and they immediately denied fault. On top of that they said, "We`re willing to help you get the car back to the shop but you have to pay us for fixing the problem." I have no problem helping small companies in my community progress, but if I give you my money you should be able to provide me with decent work. Now I have to rely on the dealership (which by the way already have enough funds to keep them in business) to fix my car.
