couldn`t do the job right the first or second time

Was rear ended, only thing that happened was paint came off. So they said they would repaint the entire bumper to look like it never happened, like body shops are supposed to do. Well I get it back and on the lip of the bottom of the bumper there is like cracks of like bondo or something that was painted over that he told me was from a previous repair. How does that matter? it wasn`t like that when I brought it! So h... view moree fixed, didn`t fight me about it or nothing and was actually really cool about it but WHO would be okay letting that go? It doesn`t let you feel like they care about their work. So I got it back a few days later, I can see a little wider gap on the side of my bumper and can see the clips that they didn`t put back on right, so I had to do it. And on the back if you look at it at a angle, and everytime I walk up to my car I notice, there are 2 random scuff marks that looked like the clear coat was sandpapered. I also swear there was a new scratch on the rear fender above the bumper. If you take your car ANYWHERE, you should inspect body before and take pictures if possible. I didn`t take my car back because I was just done with the whole ordeal, and I will never go back there again.
