Never an up-sell

Chuck is excellent, my experiences at Master Wrench have always been to the point, price competitive and never, ever pressure to do more than needs to be done. On more than one occasion, they could have charged me a lot more and I would have been none the wiser, and they just don`t seem to work that way. Highly recommend.

Down to Earth, Friendly Folks

The two gentlemen at Master Wrench were incredibly friendly from the moment I made my appointment to the time I picked up my car. They spoke in a way that didn`t assume I knew everything about a car, but also didn`t make me feel as though I didn`t know anything.

The repair on my axel was incredible. The gentleman called and recommended both be replaced, but understood my financial issue enough not to press it... view more. They also replaced a burned-out tailight with no charge to me. I will definitely be bringing my business back to this shop.
