If the Cadillac service is anything like the Chevey or Nissan service- it should be renamed no service. Even if the "no-service" is free, don`t waste your time because you can be guaranteed they will waste it for you. I can safely say that I totally regret ever bringing my car to them- to the point that I reported them to the manufacturer.
