Do NOT take your car here to be fixed. They are highly overpriced, will do unnecessary repairs and hold your car hostage until you pay the bill. BE WARNED

Dont take your car there. I to...
Dont take your car there. I took my mercedes in for a simple oil change with my 17.95 oil change coupon in hand. They told me it would be 76.00 and change because MY car has a special filter. Well I let them do it and waited. I drove the car home and next day there was an oil leak under the car. I took it back and they said that it needed a gasket on the drain plug. Well they couldnt find the part so I went online a... view morend found one at the Mercedes dealer some 30 miles away and drove to get it myself. After picking up the part I get a call saying they found one and my was ready. This will be my last visit there for sure.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. The two...
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. The two seperate incidents that happend within 3 days of each other: Idle air control sensor went out and they quoted me $448. When I asked to break that figure down it turns out they included a full body throttle cleaning in that quote (how convenient!) and that $328 was for the sensor. Outrageous considering I got another quote (reasonable) for $120! I ended up putting the part in myself f... view moreor $46. I suspected front rotors needed to be turned and took it in to be looked at (AAA had done a front end brake job 13k miles ago). They said front was fine but my shoes and drums were cracked on the back because an ABS sensor had overheated. Quote was ~$600. Diagnosis from other shop was front rotors needed turning and that brake drums and shoes were fine (they showed me). My ABS sensor light had not come on since AAA reset so I did not address that issue, but if I did, it would have run $137 for the part replacement and labor. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!

Clean house
They have new people working there. It is like a new shop. You need to try them again.

Question for RJ
Was the guy at the counter a black man, tall, bald headed? I believe his name is Benjamin?

i would rather have a blind monkey repair my car
Not a good place to take your car for service. Several months ago i was experiencing a "burning smell" emanating from my car. I took it to AAA for service mainly because I am a AAA member and the center is less than a mile from my home. When I went back in later that day to pick up my vehicle not only did they do an oil change on my car (which I never asked for) but they never checked what was causi... view moreng the "burning smell". After realizing their mistake they quickly took the car back and examined it. Within 5 minutes a representative informed me that my oil change would be for free because I would "be spending alot of money with them" because I had a "massive" oil leak. My first response was how do you change oil without noticing a massive oil leak. After realizing I was dealing with cavemen with barely a high school education I reluctantly forked over the $600 to repair my vehicle and vowed never to return. To make matters worse (as if thats possible) I was actually charged for the oil change in the end because the guy at the counter could not take it off the bill because he "wasn`t very good with computers and it was too difficult". I run a business myself and if I ran it in this backwards, sloppy, unprofessional manner I would be living on the streets. I also wrote a letter of complaint to AAA but of course received no response.
