Great place to take your Prius

I took my Prius to these guys due to a documentory I saw about them on PBS and they have done a great job taking care of my hybrid car. They have even won national awards with their work on hybrids.

Excellent Company

I have just started using this company, but have been very impressed with the level of service they provide. I really appreciate the clean quiet environment with pleasant music, wireless and coffee. They would do very well in my hometown of Alexandria, VA. They appear to be very competent.

Excellent customer service

Just had my car in this shop for the first time and I will say they were over and above any shop I have ever used in the past. They welcomed me with a smile, hot coffee and wireless. I had intended to have them drive me home so I could work, but they had wireless and I was able to complete everything while waiting. Safe place to take your car

The people at Taylor`s just sent me a survey to so I could give them feedback on how they were doing. I really appreciate that they care what I think. I have not had this with any other shop I have taken my car to. Last year, they won my business when they fixed a noise that I had spent thousands on at other shops without any success. They found it to be a moulding around the windshield that was loose. Other shops ha... view mored me replacing belts, power steering, brakes, etc... to no avail. These people know their job and always make me happy.

Trusted auto repair shop

This shop is clean reasonable and professional.They realy looked after me! I had tires worn out on the inside and i had a long trip planned.Even the waiting room has computers in it for me to use. This is m y new shop.

excellent quality

since moving to sanford over three years ago, my husband and i have taken our vehicles to taylor auto.

stay away

These people are crooks! They try to be nice. Then they stab you in the back when they give you the bill. Did a little research ( should have done this before hand) I could have gotten the same repairs done at the dealership for much cheaper. They inflate the cost of the parts and labor so they can give you a warranty. You can get the same thing anywhere else for a lot cheaper. STAY AWAY.

Obscenely Overpriced

I thought the service seemed friendly enough, of course, that was until the final bill was tallied. I will not be having my vehicle serviced here again.
