They really turned things around. My 1st comment was this; I am not very impressed with thier customer service; I phoned in to schedule an estimate but I was advised to just come on in. on Arrival I was told that it may be 15 minutes. I filled in the form and told the receptionist (very nice) that I had a quick errand to run and would return in 15 minuntes. I returned to find the only estimater had gone to lunch a... view morend would return in 1 hr. But now the story has a happy ending. The owner contacted me to give them a chance to restore their confidence. I returned to have my dents repaired and my car refinished at a wonderful price with great customer service. Way to go Dent Doctor.

They do a good job with reason...

They do a good job with reasonable price; however, I am very unhappy about how the owner does business. He has used my car for personal use a few times to haul his boat. It caused paint come off and a dent. He did NOT even mentioned about the damage and did not offer to fix when I pointed it out. He ingnored as if nothing had happened. He is happy only when someone made dents brings money to him. He does not want to ... view morebe responsible for the damage he caused by his carelessness. You should be aware what kind of person you are dealing with, behind facade he put up with a lot of charm and smile. In my opinion, he is not honest and is deceiving. Also he complains about his employees who work hard.

Extremely pleased and would recommend to anyone

I had my car repaired here in Sept. after a hit and run. They went above and beyond my expectations. Top notch job from start to finish. The price was half what another shop quoted me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good work and no b.s.

In addition to coming in with a reasonable price, a fine job, and a quick turnaround, I was given a ride to and from the shop. I was very pleased.

A Great place to get your body work done

i just had work done on my cars fender and a power window that was fouled up. the work one on my fender was excellent and the window now works properly.Mike is a up font honest man who tells what he can do and what he may not be able to do. i had been to a couple of other shops in Reno and i call them Bandits as their estimates were high as heck. Mike came in with a good price for the work.

Exceptional Service & Quality

My daughter was at the mall and someone backed over the rear of her small car and damaged the trunk, the rear bumper, the spoiler and the driver side rear quarter of her car and naturally no one wants to tell you they did it. So I had to take the car to have estimates done and the best estimate that I received was from Dent Doctor, the people there were so understanding and kind that if I should have any other damag... view moree done to any of my cars I will go directly to Dent Doctor to have the work done. The car was just like new when they finished with it. My daughter who was heart broken that someone had hit her car was so suprised when I brought the car home not only did they fix the car but they had detailed the car. IT LOOKED LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR! The treatment I received was very personal and I did not feel like just a number, they were smiling and pleasant and so very helpful. Thank you all at Dent Doctor for a JOB WELL DONE!

Dent Doctor is the only Body Shop I use, always an excellent job at a fair price

Mike at Dent Doctor has always been very willing to work to get the best repair for the best price. I`ve had several non-insurance repairs that Dent Doctor has done excellent work on but worked to minimize my out of pocket. Other shops have been unwilling to quote anything other than the full insurance rate repair. Recently, Mike did some warranty work for me from 3 years ago even though I had lost my receipt.
