Go elsewhere owner doesn`t care about customer

Very bad experiences with this shop. They lose a clip on my splash shield and gives me his word he will replace it. A small $5 part not much just the point of it. Weeks go by and I call once a week to check. Finally I get tired of them not ordering it and say hey you get daily deliveries from BMW so quit running me around. Owner gets vicious and threatens that if I were there he would punch me. I was tempted to let h... view moreim take his last swing. Instead I`ll add to other complaints if you look, he`s got a temper and the customer is always wrong. Take it elsewhere as he doesn`t deserve your money. Plus it likely won`t be put back together correctly or tightened properly
