Big Rip-Off

I`m from out of state and was looking for an auto repair shop. I thought I`d try Pioneer--big mistake!!! I got an estimate and before I had the work done I checked the place he was getting the parts from and found that he was charging me 50% over list price of the part. Also, the repair only required one half hour to do that job and he was charging me and hour. So, I went back to shop and asked him about it and he... view more screamed and yelled and told me to take my car somewhere else. He ended the conversation with ""I don`t give a F!"" I was disgusted. I have never been spoken to like that at a business.
