I went in for an oil change and they didn`t tighten the oil filter. As a result the filter fell off and my engine froze up.

Outstanding Service

I took my Jetta in for what I thought was a fuel pump and turned out to be way worse. Brian the service manager was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and recommended that I not repair it. It is very surprising to see a shop that was concerned about their customers as apposed to making a buck. These are nice folks!
