They have the worst service department I have come across. Their consultants are not helpful, nor do they seem to care that you are waiting. Every time I have been there, I have waited for over three hours for a simple vehicle check when the department doesn`t even seem overwhelmed with customers. LOVE Capital Eurocars, in Tallahassee Fl !!!!!!! They did everything I needed done with honesty and didn`t charge me since I was already charged for this to be done in valdosta, which wasn`t done right. I bought my car here 2 yrs ago and the buying process was very smooth, i worked with them online and over the phone weeks before I came to get the car. When I got there they had paperwork ready to sign and I was o... view moren my way! I thought that was the end of my commute since Valdosta has a local vw dealer for my service needs, then I got dicked around here in Valdosta....they wanted to over charge, lie, and cheat me!! So I made a trip back to tallahasse to Capital Euro Cars for my service repairs and was VERY happy with thier service team!!!
