A company that does not stand behind its work

This Rubber decking is a great idea, but do not use this company to get the job done. They do not stand behind their workmanship. They provide a 5 year warranty on workmanship and never follow up on problems. I have been trying to get them to repair my deck for the last 5 months. You call and call and they keep telling you they will come, but they never show up. I love the deck, but it is nothing like the rubber deck... view moreing at Busch Gardens and Disney that they compare it to. We went with this company when they were just getting started in this business. We wanted to try to help a small business get started. Another friend of ours also used them for a deck and after a year of calling them everyday they finally came out and replaced her entire decking. Our deck is peeling up like gravel and getting in our pool and in our filter. I used to recomend this comapny to people but not anymore. It looks like I will have to contact the BBB and an attorny to get them to honor their own warranty. Like I said great concept for a deck but not with this company.
