They do not care about customer service. I came to this dealership on a referral from a family member. I towed my vehicle down there since it was in a good location and right down the street and dropped my key off in the drop box, which is convenient. However, we had to pay for the diagnosis and were given a repair cost quote. Since we just wanted to know what was wrong with our vehicle so we could fix it ourselves w... view moree paid the diagnosis fee and went ahead and purchased the part brand new elsewhere. However after replacing the part that C & M told us was the reason for the vehicle problems our vehicle still did not run. Clearly we were angry about having to pay for a wrong diagnosis and we were told ""you have too many people looking at your car!"". We actually had 1 person (who was a mechanic for over 20 years) look at it and the part that we were told was broken was actually not broken and had nothing to do with our issues. Extremely poor customer service, which would be fine if they knew what they were doing. We did get a refund for our diagnosis cost which was the one good thing. But if you care about how you`re treated, look elsewhere for a repair. Btw, we were pleasant during the entire process and still got the big old middle finger from these guys.

Honest family owned auto shop

Local family owned honest car shop. Have had nothing but great service here. The work is done in a timely manner and the prices are always fair. I always recommend them to my friends and family. The oil change cost a tiny bit more here but the guys are always keeping their eyes open to things they see that could cost you more in the long run.
