Poor customer service!

I wanted to have installed in my new car a backup camera/sensor and have it interfaced to my existing monitor in my 2008 Mitsubishi. Instead of going to a retail giant, and driving out of town, I decided to find a stereo business locally. I visited The Mobile Beat in Vallejo. I met a friendly gentleman and explained what I was looking for. He made a few calls to his suppliers while I waited. He advised me that h... view moree would have to do some research, took my phone number and would get back to me. It`s sad to report, The Mobile Beat NEVER called me!!! So much for supporting local businesses. As a small business owner myself, I know how important it is to maintain good customer service/relations. I do not recommend this company!
