I went down to smog my 1995 Ford Ranger pickup at Santa Cruz Tire and Auto Care. This smog station operator said I needed a new gasoline filler tube which they said North Bay would provide at $417.00 for this item. So I looked up the price for this item online as a after market item and found that it was selling for $69.00 for the exact same part. But because my gas tank was on the ground and the filler tank had to b... view moree replaced and there was no other supplier in Santa Cruz, Ca I had to pay this exhorbitant price to North Bay Ford for this auto part, a almost 400 % mark up by Ford Motor Company. Then on top of this Santa Cruz Tire and Auto Care marked the $417 item up by another 10%, I am Not a happy customer with either Santa Cruz Tire and Auto Care or North Bay Ford and would never recommend a Ford Automomobile they charge way too much to keep them up, As for Santa Cruz Tire and Auto Care their work seems ok but beware of the 10% mark up on parts they pick up.
