I will say that all my experiences with Blue Hill have all been positive. Not only are their drivers extremely helpful, but my dealings with the owner have been great also. Their towing rates are reasonable and their response times are fantastic as well. I have used them for years, and will continue to use them anytime I`m in need of a tow. Not only was their answering service rude and had an awful attitude without cause, they were also completely incompetent. They were dishonest and left out key information that made my dealings with them far more trouble than it was worth. I was very up front about my displeasure but, instead of apologizing for their horrendous customer service, I was talked over and insulted. Underhanded Rip-Offs

Almost anybody who has ever done business with them (including me), whether customer or employee, has a negative opinion of the way this place has been since the elder Mr. Zajac died. His spoiled-brat son inherited it, and I`m surprised the business has survived at all under his customer dis-service. Call anyone but them if you can.
