I have done plenty of business with Jensen Tire and Service and let me tell you... from the time I walk in I get a friendly hello from the pretty ladies at the front desk and the guys in the shop are super fast and accurate on the all mechanical issues. I have been using Jensen`s for several years, both big and small jobs on my vehicles and never have been disappointed in the price or time spent on my repairs. I will never use this business again, I went there for my last oil change, because I was up against a time limit before a trip, and needed an oil change. I always change my oil a 3000 miles, but i will allow it to go to 5000 miles and change it my self before I will use these fools again. first of all they used a filter that is not even recognized by its manufacture to be used on a 2008 F150 Supercrew, which is what... view more my truck is. They also put the filter on so tight that I had to remove the shrouding off the front of the engine in order to remove it. I have also in the past witnessed them putting cold water on a hot engine in order to cool it off before changing the transmission fluid. anybody that knows anything about castings will tell you that this is a no-no. No I will perform all my oil changes, and light maintenence in the future, and make sure that if I do need to ever take my vehicles to a shop, it will be a more responsible group than jensens. not recommended

I would not trust any thing the owner has to say . He inmy opinon from when I meet him he is in it to get the money and not for his coustmers . The star rating above does not go low enough it is not worthy of and stars .

This business has been nothing but the best! The employees are friendly, prices are great, and the results have kept me coming back for all of my family`s auto needs. My car has some issues :-) and they have always been happy to work around it. They`ve been honest about what I need and what I do not need, unlike several other places I`ve been to. Can`t believe what they did to my mom...

My mom got a Flat.. she went there to have the tire replaced... they switched out the wrong tire and left the flat on...and not just that ...the tire they put on in the wrong place was the wrong size for her car! It was totally noticable but they pulled her car around like nothing was wrong and charged her for the repair. Then wanted to argue with her about fixing their mistake and giving her a refund.
