THE WORST PLACE EVER

This place is a scam the guy in charge of the sales is a skinny guy named Juan Carlos that is the worst I was gonna buy a murano 2004 the engine was leaking oil he had the nerves to tell me that they have just put in a new engine it was missing some cosmetics inside the cabin but I decided to give him $500 as part of the $1000 down payment, i was gonna give the rest till the car was in good conditions and I asked him... view more that if he`ll give me the money back if no deal was reach and he answered yes I should of make him sing a paper when he said that because guess what happened he didn`t give me my money back I contacted the better business bureau and when I asked to talk to his manager he always denied him saying that he was in New Mexico and asked for his telephone and he didn`t want to provide that either places like this take advantaged of there own Hispanic people rats that makes us look bad among the others I believe his name is Juan Carlos but u know karma is a b$#%

VERY UNSATISFIED

Where should I start?....First of all, they are LIARS!!!My vehicle is missing a rim and I gave them the option of finding the other rim or just taking the rims off and putting on stock tires. What did they tell me? "Don`t worry about it, we`ll find it for you." Well its almost two months and nothing...they said another place called Matz accesories would take care of finding it...But guess what?Everytime I c... view moreall them they act like they dont know what I`m talking about!I call the dealer and they tell me it`s on back order??? They`ve been telling me the same thing ever since!It`s just a bunch if crap but whatever..to hell with you guys I`ll buy it on my own!But wait that`s not all!The breaks were very squeaky & noisy so I told them & they asked if I could leave it all day for them to fix that & also because the Check engine soon light was on.Also I was having diffi ulty handling the steering wheel .well I took it that day && everything seemed fine until the third day after.While I was on the freeway the Check engine soon light was back on,meaning they just turned it off..my breaks were noisy again and while driving I feel as if im struggling with the damn steering wheel!!! Did I forget to mention I found a reciept that said they only bought a fuel cap which cost $25 ??? -________- On top of that, the day when I left the car the whole day so they could "repair " it they said they`d call me when it was ready.It was almost 6pm and they still hadnt called me untill I called them.That`s when they told me "oh, it`s been ready for a while already. " Really???WTF???? When were they planning to call me back?When it was Christmas or New Years??? NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a car from this place and I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this place. Pleaae don`t make the same mistake I made. All they care about is their money that is the only reason why they would constantly call.But when it comes to something you need, they try to avoid your call like they did with my call today.
