Beware! THis dealership listed...

Beware! THis dealership listed all over the internet for an Xterra with only 23,000 miles, but after we test drove it and were ready to make a deal we just happend to look at the mileage and it was more like 53,000 miles. We found this out after driving out from San Diego to Arizona to buy this car because it was such a good deal. We even talked to several different people at abc to verify that all the information wa... view mores correct before we drove out considering what a great deal it was. I can not begin to tell you how frustrated we were, they completely wasted our time and resources to come out to Arizona and did not even offer to help make us a good offer on another used xterra. My husband and I were so disappointed that a big certified Nissan dealership could make such a huge mistake or such a huge lie on listed milage, they lack professionalism and communication skills. The only nice thing about the experience was the the sales man that tried to help us, bless his heart, he needs to move on to Pennicle Nisan down the road and work for real professionals. They were great and we found an even better deal ... 2010- 18,000miles - $17,800 ... they were professional and not sleezy typical salesman.

Never ever ever purchase a car here. I have been a Nissan owner for the past ten years and never have... view more endured such bad customer service the entire time. I can`t wait to trade in my Nissan down the street. They were not up front with me, did not communicate with me, and totally could have cared less about the trouble or wasted time I endured. After being told I was approved for an Altima, 20 days later, I was phoned by some random person (Jose) at ABC telling me to come in to fill out more paper work, little did I know that until sitting down with Jose that I needed to come up with 1,500.00 more dollars down for the car. He was rude, not concerned, and literally left me to sit for 25 minutes. Tyler, the one who sold me the vehicle was not honest with me either even after me telling him I did not want the vehicle until final approval was made. David did nothing for me and was rude and told me I was lucky he even called me back and told me that I was no longer a customer even though I still have my two year old Nissan which I purchased from them. I was totally blindsided, did not receive proper communication, and was treated worse than any other time that I have ever purchased any of my vehicles. They have no idea what they are doing there. ... If you want to purchase a car and keep your deal, Please save yourself some time and don`t go to ABC Nissan.

No concern for their customers, perspective customers, or anyone except the dollar they are attempting to retrieve. Worse place to purchase a vehicle. Find another dealership in the valley that has ethical standards, trained professionals, and morals!!!!!

This dealership doesn`t even deserve 1 STAR. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

GREAT!!!! Two Thumbs Up!

I have been working with Bruce for about 5 months now. While I have not been able to purchase a car at the moment, Bruce has been there to guide me for when I do finally purchase the car. Per his advice I checked my credit and discovered that someone had tried to use my idenity. Bruce has been extremely helpful and friendly.
