Disappointment with tint job and customer service

The tint job wasn`t done well; like an unfinished stitching on cloth, and they burned up the door lining. What is even worst is that the management refused to accept any responsibility and feedback. I am appalled by how little experience they have in customer relation, and how cunning their response was.
