2002 Ford Thunderbird

Made for only one year, this model was designed as a throw back to  the first generation of Thunderbirds of the mid to late 1950s. It comes with an automatic convertible top AND a screw on hard top. It features a silk smooth DOHC 3.9L V8 (252 hp) with automatic transmission. This car is in MINT condition. It is a one owner vehicle that put only 5000 miles on the car over 11 years. It has been garage kept any inclement day which explains it's perfect condition.                

The Thunderbird's base price of $36,000 included leather inserts on the bucket seats and a paint-matching porthole-window hardtop (a $2500 option on deluxe models). Also standard were 17-inch chromed alloy wheels, power folding top, a six-disc in-dash CD changer, and a five-speed automatic transmission. The Slippery Slope
I've had a healthy appreciation for cars that stop since one truly unfortunate incident with a runaway 1971 Lincoln Continental.
It's funny how quickly a party can turn from, "We're all having blast" to "What happened to the front of the house, and how many stitches do you think this is going to take?" Standing in a Mustang salvage shop in Kodak, Tennessee, I couldn't help but feel I had strayed into the latter territory with Ugly Horse. There was a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 plucked from a rear-ended Cobra sitting off to my left. The shelves were lined with second-hand Roush and SVT components galore, but I couldn't stop staring at a set of rotors with the approximate diameter of my chest.
