Glad I found this place

I am a single female who has had problems with other repair shops. I finally found Williams Norwalk Tire & Alignment. They have been honest with me. When I had several things wrong with my vehicle, they helped me determine what to fix right away and what could wait. Their service manager is friendly. I always have a lot of questions about what needs to be fixed - but he explains them and does not pressure me int... view moreo making the repairs right away if I can not afford it. I tell my friends about them also - they have thanked me for helping them find a decent auto repair shop.

Happy with their work

I had bad experiences at some auto repair shops in the past. Since I am female, some of them think I do not know anything about cars. While I do not know much about cars, I can tell when someone is trying to sell me something I do not need right away. When I first tried Williams Norwalk Tire & Alignment, I was prepared for them to be like the other shops - boy was I surprised when the opposite happened. There wer... view moree a few things wrong - but I knew that already since I heard some noises and that is why I went there to begin with. They did not tell me about numerous other things like other shops did and scare me into thinking my car was falling apart. They did make me aware of an oil leak - even showed me the area of the leak. They impressed me so much - I felt at ease and felt I could trust them from. I have been going there since and have referred some of my friends as well. They have never done me wrong.
