• Successful high bidder should telephone Sales at (713) 694-3199 with in 24 hours or next business day, after the auction has ended to make arrangement to complete the the transaction.
• Bid retractions are prohibited 24 hours prior to the end of the auction. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any bids. We reserve the right to close the auction early should the vehicle sell on our lot. Don't wait until the last minute - THIS ONE IS THE ONE!

• All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no written or implied warranty, unless a factory warranty is in effect.

• We try to be as accurate in our descriptions as possible when describing our vehicles. However, please remain aware that this is a pre-owned vehicle, and depending on its year, may have slight wear in the exterior or interior. If you have any questions about the quality of a vehicle, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with any information you need as well as additional pictures.

• Mileage posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test-driving.

• Please Remember that you are buying a used vehicle and there are normal wears and tears.

• Texas Auto Star guarantees all titles. Most Texas title may take up to 21 days. (unless otherwise noted).

• When you purchase a vehicle from us, we will provide you with a 60days temporary tag.

• ALL buyers are responsible to pay, Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax which is (.002103) of the purchase price      (i.e. - $21.30 per $10k spent) as well as $50.00 documentary and a flat $145.00 administrative and dealer services.
• Our documentary and administrative fees are collected by "TEXAS AUTO STAR" and are not required by law.

• Acceptable methods of payment are cashier's check/certified funds or a wire transfer
• Verified draft or letter of credit from known financial institutions (Pending conformation).
• A $500.00 deposit is required within 24 hours, at the end of the auction. Full payment must be made within 7 days. All deposits are non-refundable!!

Vehicle delivery usually takes between 1 to 2 weeks. We also welcome you to come to us, many customers book a flight into Houston. Should you choose this option, we'll be glad to pick you up from the airport at no extra cost to you. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Pickup: Any vehicle pickup must be with prior appointment.

Storage: If the vehicle is paid for in full within the 10 days time period, we can store the vehicle for you at no additional charge, for up to 14 days.
